Meet at Duston Community Centre, Pendle Road, NN5 6DT at 10:00-12:30 on the second Wednesday of the month.

Breathing Space is a free support service for people living with COPD and other chronic respiratory conditions (carers are welcome). We offer community-based groups across Northamptonshire, providing access to wellbeing advice, peer support, gentle exercise, and GP appointments - all in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
