Duston Sports Centre, Cotswold Avenue, Duston, NN5 6EX

We are very lucky to have some great facilities in the village of Duston. One of them is Duston Sports Centre. Built on the site of the former Timken Sports Club, this facility is owned by Duston Parish Council and run by Northants Leisure Trust as part of their Trilogy family.

Staff at the centre work hard to deliver programmes that appeal to different interests, abilities and age groups within our community.

Duston Sports Centre has a fully equipped gym and holds many classes for all ages and abilities; from junior active sessions to 50+ group activities, there really is something for everyone.

Did you know that Duston residents can get a preferential gym membership rate with proof of postcode?

They also run a series of health walks from various parts of Duston and Upton and have a Street Sports programme running until 2023. Early Years measurement checks, parent programmes and after school holiday clubs are all available at the centre and you can be sure of a great coffee and a warm welcome at the Coffee Box too.

The staff also work closely with Northamptonshire Public Health teams, delivering programmes on Falls Prevention, Adult Weight Management, Workplace Wellbeing and much more. Their Activity on Referral (AOR) programme is recovering well following the hiatus caused by the pandemic. This is a very practical solution to improve people's health and mental wellbeing on referral by the doctor with activities tailored to your needs.

We have a great team at DSC and it is so much more than just a gym. Check out their website or drop in to see what Trilogy can do for you.

Our friends at Trilogy Active are running a weekly youth club comprising 2 sessions on a Monday during term time. Session 1 is 5-6pm for 10-13 years and Session 2 is 6-7pm for 14-16 years.

The clubs offer a variety of activities including arts & crafts, team games and racket sports, time for chilling and much more.
