A Burglary To A Dwelling on Windsor Crescent

Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information regarding a burglary to a dwelling on Windsor Crescent, whereby offenders enter a flat above a convenience shop through an unlocked front door. The flat was searched and jewellery has been stolen from within. Occupant arrives at the flat and disturbs offenders. Offenders exit and leave in a people carrier style vehicle.

The local neighbourhood policing team have received complaints of motorcycle nuisance in and around the Quarry area of Duston, Northampton. We would like to encourage residents to report this to us when it is occurring on 101 or online via northants.police.uk.

Compromised Facebook Accounts Used To Lure Victims Into Paypal Scam

There has been a surge of reports where the recipient has received messages through Facebook Messenger from friends/family requesting to use their Pay Pal account to receive funds from the sale of items on EBay. Overall, between 1 June 2020 and 31 July 2020 a total of 95 reports have been made which specifically mention that the item sold was a camera.
