We have recently received complaints about an orange off-road motorcycle being ridden around Duston, most specifically the area of Southfield Road.

The residents of Duston have been amazing in helping to recycle crisp packets on behalf of Terracycle. We have been able to save thousands of packets from landfill and raise hundreds of pounds for local charities and groups, which is amazing.
Sadly, we are having to put an end to the scheme for the time being.

Detectives in Northamptonshire are warning the public about a new scam where victims are tricked into buying Amazon gift cards.

Please make your friends, neighbours and relatives, especially if elderly, aware that we have had several reports of cold calling around Duston. The company are offering outdoor cleaning, garden and maintenance services as well tree surgery and several other jobs. Please be careful about accepting quotes on the doorstep or being pressured into having jobs done.

Whilst we are all still free to take daily exercise through streets and parks, please adhere to the government's guidelines on public play and fitness equipment. As it is thought that the Coronavirus can survive on metal surfaces for some considerable time ALL equipment is out of bounds. It is clearly taped and cable tied for this reason, please help us to help you stay safe.

Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information regarding a burglary on Marseilles Close, Duston, Northampton whereby persons unknown have forced entry to the front door of the property. Once inside they have conducted an untidy search and taken items from within.
This happened between Saturday 18th April 2020 at 2200hrs and Sunday 19th April 2020 at 0900hrs.

Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information regarding a burglary to a dwelling on Lennox Walk, Ryehill, Northampton. Whereby an unknown offender has gained access to the property through a front window, causing no damage. Items were taken from within.
This happened between Wednesday 8th April 2020 and Thursday 9th April 2020 between 22:01 and 07:00hrs.
