Get These Roads Adopted By Highways

Today Duston Parish Council wrote to Northamptonshire County Council asking them to adopt the remaining roads and footpaths on the Timken development. Some of the roads on Timken were adopted by Highways back in January this year.

On September 25th 2019 Daventry District Council Planning Committee will consider two planning applications on land at Duston Road, Upper Harlestone. Northamptonshire Police are appealing for information regarding a burglary on Weggs Farm Road, Duston where burglars have forced entry to the rear patio doors and conducted a search throughout the property, taking items from within.

Cuckooing is a type of crime where a drug dealer befriends an individual who lives on his or her own. The drug dealer then moves in and takes over the property and turns it into a drugs den.
Victims are often lonely, isolated and vulnerable and may be drug users themselves.
