Duston's Christmas Cheer 2022

Please help us to get Duston full of Christmas cheer again this year, you are all veterans of sparkle!
We will be lighting up the DPC Christmas Tree on the bank at St Luke's on Thursday 1st December and once again encouraging all Duston businesses, pubs, churches, shops and residents to decorate their windows for Christmas. It's great to see that some of you have already made a start!
Send us your pics and we'll share them on our social media and add them to the Window Wanderland Trail. Email your pictures and the name of your street to events@duston-pc.gov.uk but please ensure that all photos sent have the relevant permissions
Rudolph Rocks

Rudolph is a bit sad😕 There are still a few rocks at large throughout Duston and also some that have been found but not exchanged for chocolates 😬 Our offices will be closed from today, but you can still email us over the Christmas period if any have been found. We will reopen on Tuesday 3rd January and the remaining prizes will be kept until the 12th. Any unclaimed prizes will then be donated to the foodbank. Keep those eyes peeled over the festive period!
Get togged up and enjoy a walk around Duston, you may even come across one of Rudolph's Rocks hidden around the village. Found one of them? Contact us to arrange bringing the rock to the parish office and we will exchange it for a chocolate selection box!
Rudolph's Rocks will be hidden all over Duston. Each will be at a place that has the letter R at least twice in the spot. This could be a street/school/hall/centre/business/pub/park/church/shopping area or memorial.
We still have 10 rocks at large so please get out this week and see what you can find
Good Luck!
